Access and browser data
The demo account is shared example access. It does not verify your identity and asks for no personal email or password. A necessary HttpOnly session cookie expires after eight hours. Private review access has a separate credential and cookie.
Unit preferences and optional display labels use local browser storage. Projects are saved only when you choose Save project, using this browser's IndexedDB. Reviewed inputs, source history and retained QAQC exports may be included. There is no cloud project sync or team sharing. Browser storage can be cleared by your browser or other users of the same device.
Uploaded documents
PDF, Office, JSON, CSV and supported DXF files are read in your browser. The document workbench does not upload their original bytes to Matechi or an AI service. Original uploaded files remain in tab memory and must be reselected after reopening. Reviewed extracts and declared values can be saved in a local project or exported.
Only upload information you are permitted to use. Avoid confidential client information in the shared demo. Private source storage, tenant permissions and native processing require a separately agreed operating setup.
Requests and infrastructure
Your browser requests application code, independent prepared source files and read-only reference Registry information. Hosting infrastructure receives connection information such as IP address, requested URL and time for serving and operation. This workspace adds no advertising tracker, visitor analytics SDK or sale of uploaded content. Do not put confidential information in URLs.
The hosted drawing view uses recorded independent example evidence. Live local inference is restricted to explicit independent fixtures and is unavailable to demo-account requests. Imported documents are not sent by that integration.
Exports, deletion and control
Exports are downloads you control and may contain reviewed inputs and retained evidence. Share them only within your source rights. Account & data lets you export the current input or clear saved factory projects and profile labels. Delete individual projects in Projects. Settings preferences can also be removed through your browser's site-data controls. Signing out expires the session; it does not delete local projects or downloaded files.
Contact and future client service
Use the contact email for access, privacy or corrections. A production client deployment needs agreed controller/processor roles, retention, backups, region, security and deletion procedures. This demo notice does not claim those services are already contracted.
